HOW TO DO IT.... REMOVING STAINS 21.11.2011
Try to remove stains as soon as possible after they are created and thus prevent them drying out. If a stain cannot be removed of its own accord, contact the experts! If you do not know the origin of a stain, do not hide it and notify the staff of this when you visit the dry cleaners. First try out the method of removing the stain on a hidden part of the clothing (e.g. under the seam on clothing or at the edge in the case of a carpet). When applying stain removal agents, always start at the edge of the stain and move to its centre to avoid the creation of a ring. You should use white (not coloured) absorbent material from cotton/wool for application. Once the stain has been removed, wash the whole product or have it dry-cleaned.
Products with large stains should be cleaned by an expert. Always state the origin of the stain if you know it. Do not use acetone or nail varnish remover on materials from acetate silk or tricel, methanol is both flammable and poisonous.
