How does the program work?
- For every CZK 35 of cash purchase and CZK 40 of card purchase, you will receive 1 point.
- 1 point = discount CZK 0.35 or CZK 0.40. Example: for 1000 points you save 350 CZK or 400 CZK.
- Points are uploaded immediately after purchase and are ready to redeem on your next visit.
- Collection and application of points does not apply to the transport, repair and sewing of clothing and upon presentation of discount coupons
When will I receive points for purchases?
- Once you register, points are credited to your account immediately after purchase.
- As part of special activities, you have the opportunity to earn multiple and extra points.
- You decide how high a discount for points you want to use when paying.
- You can turn points into a discount repeatedly during the month for each of your purchases
Daja Dry Cleaners Club Rules
D-Eco Friendly Company s.r.o. with effect from 1 September 2020, it issues the rules of the Daja Dry Cleaners Club (hereinafter referred to as the “Club”).
Art. 1 - Membership condition
- 1.1 - Only a holder of the Daja Dry Cleaners Club Card (hereinafter referred to as the “Card”) is a member of the Daja Dry Cleaners Club (hereinafter referred to as the “Member”). The card is issued for an administrative fee of CZK 99 and its validity is unlimited.
- 1.2 - The customer will receive the Daja Dry Cleaners Club Card immediately after registration at any branch. By registering or using the card for the first time, whichever comes first, the cardholder agrees to the Daja Dry Cleaning Club's Terms and Conditions. These conditions are governed by Czech law.
Art. 2 - General Rules
- 2.1 - The validity of membership in the Club and all the following conditions apply only to branches in the Czech Republic.
- 2.2 - Any customer over the age of 16 who duly registers at a branch or electronically in an e-shop (hereinafter referred to as the "form") can become a member. By registering and subsequently using the received card, the customer gives voluntary consent to the processing of personal data in accordance with Act No. 101/2000 Coll., On Personal Data Protection and the European Parliament and Council (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of individuals with regard to personal data processing. and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR"), which concerns the protection and processing of personal data of natural persons (hereinafter referred to as "data subjects").
- 2.3 - It is possible to register for the Daja dry cleaner's club only once. A member means one person (company) with a single assigned card registration number. Therefore, only one person or company can be registered per card. Contract documents are sent online and communication takes place exclusively in the Czech language.
- 2.4 - D-Eco Friendly Company s.r.o. reserves the right to make partial changes to the rules of the Club, or its replacement or cancellation, without the right to compensation or other performance.
The card allows you to receive discounts on the purchase of services and goods and on other special activities, while the discount is not provided in the form of cash or deducted from the price, but is credited in the form of points, which can be applied later.
- 2.5 - By providing data, the customer confirms that he is entitled to do so and that the data provided is correct. The member is obliged to notify any changes to the data when visiting the branch or by sending to the e-mail address email@example.com
- 2.6 - Participation in the club is free without limitation of the period of validity and does not create an obligation to purchase services and goods.
Art. 3 - Rules for collecting and drawing points
- 3.1 - The member automatically receives the benefits of membership in the club only if the following conditions are met
- 3.2 - Upon presentation of the card or QR code, the member receives a discount in the form of points when purchasing goods or services for which points are awarded. Without presenting the card or submitting the QR code, the points CANNOT be loaded or a discount for the drawn points cannot be provided, nor can the points be loaded additionally.
- 3.3 - The QR code can be uploaded to the mobile phone and submitted to the operator in this electronic form. The QR code can also be passed on to other people in order to collect points faster. In this case, however, the customer and D-Eco Friendly Company s.r.o. are responsible for any loss of points (drawing). does not assume responsibility for embezzlement.
- 3.4 - For every CZK 35 paid in cash and for every CZK 40 paid by credit card in the form of a purchase of services or goods, the customer receives 1 point.
- 3.5 - When applied, 1 point equals CZK 0.35 or CZK 0.40.
- 3.6 - D-Eco Friendly Company s.r.o. reserves the right to limit the allocation of points, based on legislation or on the purchase of a non-standard quantity of household products or other facts. In any case, the information provided by the club is decisive.
- 3.7 - The card cannot be used for purchases of the following services: repairs and sewing of clothes, transport and presentation of discount coupons. DISCOUNTS DO NOT COMBINE. Points are not accrued in these transactions.
- 3.8 - Each member is informed about the amount of points achieved, the current monitoring period and the amount of the provided discount in the form of deducted points at the bottom of the cash receipt.
- 3.10 - In case of withdrawal of the customer or D-Eco Friendly Company s.r.o. from the purchase contract for which points were credited to the customer, as well as in the event of a point error, misuse or fraud, D-Eco Friendly Company s.r.o. reserves the right to refuse and cancel the corresponding number of points awarded.
Art. 4 - Card, its loss and misuse
- 4.1 - The card remains the property of D-Eco Friendly Company s.r.o .. The card, QR code and its number may only be copied by a club member for their own purposes, such as taking photos and storing in a mobile phone in order to save space in the cards. Editing the card, the QR code on it or the card number is not allowed.
- 4.2 - If a member suspects that the data allowing access to his points account was obtained by an unauthorized person, he / she shall contact the company by e-mail immediately.
- 4.3 - In case of suspected abuse and / or fraud, D-Eco Friendly Company s.r.o. authorized to block the member's account for drawing points and to pass the data to the party concerned, as well as to law enforcement and other authorities (information on personal data protection).
- 4.4 - In case of loss of the card and issuance of a new card, the point status of the original card is transferred to the newly issued card. The fee for the administration of issuing a new card is CZK 99. The replacement card is issued during a personal visit to the store.
Art. 5 - Termination of membership
- 5.1 - The customer may terminate his participation in the club at any time without notice, by a notice sent in writing. Termination takes effect upon delivery of the notice. Points that have not been redeemed will be forfeited without compensation. In the case of a new registration, there are no benefits from previous participation.
- 5.2 - D-Eco Friendyl Company s.r.o. reserves the right to immediately terminate membership without giving a reason, for example due to a breach of these terms or other legal changes.
- 5.3 - The customer is obliged to invalidate his card after the expiration of the notice period.
- 5.4 - D-Eco Friendly Company s.r.o. reserves the right to amend or supplement these terms and conditions of participation in the club, especially if it is in the interests of simplicity and to ensure the secure processing of personal data and points or to prevent misuse of the system. The change is considered approved if the customer does not cancel his participation in the club within one month from the date of notification, or if the customer uses his card after this period. If the customer does not agree with the change, he may terminate his participation in the club with immediate effect before the date on which the changes take effect.
- 5.5 - D-Eco Friendly Company s.r.o. with effect from 1 September 2020, these rules are issued by the Daja Dry Cleaners Club.
