Dear clients, are you not members of the club? Don´t hesitate and simply register on our website or ask for a loyalty card at the cash desk in Daja Dry Cleaners by filling in a questionnaire. Card will be sending for free to your adress within next month to your adress.
Do not hesitate - we appreciate the loyalty of our customers. During registration you will get discount 2% and at each subsequent visit your discount will increase. The more often you walking to us, more preferably do you cleaning.

Rules of the Daja Dry Cleaners Club
Effective as at 1 August 2010, International Trading and Consulting Company s.r.o. issues the following rules for the Daja Dry Cleaners Club (hereinafter referred to only as the “Club”).
Art. 1 – Condition of membership
Only holders of a Daja Dry Cleaners club card (hereinafter referred to only as “card”) are members of the Daja Dry Cleaners Club (hereinafter referred to only as “member”).
Art. 2 – General Rules
2.1 - Validity of membership in the Club and all conditions as stipulated hereinafter relate only to branches within the territory of the Czech Republic.
2.2 - Any customer over the age of 18 who duly fills (on internet, form on shops) in the whole registration form (hereinafter referred to only as the “form”) and send it or give to shops, can become a member of the Club. The card will be issued to the member within first half of next month and will be send to your adress. By filling in and signing the form, the customer provides his/her voluntary consent to processing of his/her personal data in accordance with Act no. 101/2000 Coll., on protection of personal data.
2.3 - Member is understood to mean a person with a single card registration number allocated. Only one person can thus be registered on one card.
2.4 - International Trading and Consulting Company s.r.o. reserves the right to make partial change to the rules of the Club, or to replace or cancel this. Members of the Club would be informed of this duly and in good time.
Art. 3 – Rules for provision of discounts
3.1 - After presenting the card (password), the member receives an across-the-board discount on each purchase made in accordance with the number of points gained pursuant to 3.3 of these regulations. No discount can be provided without presentation of the card (password) and points cannot be awarded at a later date.
3.2 - The member automatically gains benefits resulting from membership in the Club only by adhering to the conditions as stipulated below:3.2.1 - For each CZK 8 paid for purchase of cleaning services in the Daja Dry Cleaners branches, the Club member gains 1 point.
3.2.2 - After reaching the number of points as stipulated in point 3.3, entitlement to a discount is created automatically.
3.3 - The member receives the following discounts for the next period after reaching the following level of points:

3.4 - The card cannot be used when purchasing gift vouchers, for sewing and repairs to clothing,, transport and sale vouchers. Discounts are incompatible.
3.5 - Every member is informed of the level of points reached, the current discount period and the level of discount acknowledged at the bottom of the sales receipt. Every member can ascertain all of this information at any time from staff at branches of Daja Dry Cleaners.
3.6 - In the event ofloss of the card and issuance of a new one, the point status including discounts on the original card is transferred to the newly issued card. The fee for issuing a new card is CZK 100.00.
Art. 4 – Termination of membership
4.1 - If a member does not gain at least 1 point over the course of one year, his/her membership in the Club shall be cancelled and the card automatically blocked without written warning. Membership in the Club can be renewed by means of new registration according to the conditions as stipulated in these Club rules without any continuity to previous membership.
4.2 - International Trading and Consulting Company s.r.o. reserves the right to make cancellation of membership without giving any reason.
4.3 - Cancellation of membership in the Club also occurs on the basis of written request by the member or after written retraction of consent to processing of personal data. Cancellation of membership in the Club leads to automatic blocking of the card. If a blocked card is presented to staff in the branches, it will be withheld
